Summer Jobs at the Architect of the Capitol

Barry Farm (Re)Mixed reports that the Office of the Architect of the Capitol has made a number of summer jobs available to students in the DC area. The positions are open to any student who is at least 16-years-old as of June 30, 2010, and is either attending a high school or college, or is entering college in September 2009.
The positions are $12.16/hour in a variety of fields–from gardening to archiving to IT. Applications for the positions must be submitted by February 6th, so go to www.aoc.gov and follow their link (under the employment tab) to the job listings.






I am very interested in working in this program I absolutely want to experience architect at hand. I am going to college this fall I’m still undecided were but I know I want to major in architect and I think this would be a great experience for me.
