  1. Dear Kwame,

I am very happy to hear that you are proposing new employment legislation. Here at Byte Back, we are racing against time, trying to find ways to exponentially increase our job training program while keeping our expenses steady. Last year we tripled our computer training program, and this fall we trained almost as many students as all of last year combined. We train students as quickly as we can so that they have new skills for growth industy jobs in the Information Technology, Business/Professional, Health Care and Education fields. If they are unable to find employment, we urge them to take advantage of the current job market by continuing their training until they are able to find a job that pays them a living wage with opportunities for advancement.

I look forward to hearing more about your new program.

    Kelley Ellsworth
    Executive Director
