Fenty and Ward 3 Councilmember Mary Cheh for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of a new playground at John Eaton Elementary School. Councilmember Kwame Brown took time to attend the One World Education (OWEd) celebration, honoring the class of 2010 Student Ambassadors. The OWEd celebration and fundraiser was held at the Josephine Butler Park Center in Ward 1. One World Education and is a non-profit dedicated to improving learning and literacy.
